It looks great, I'm glad you've found the new home for Handmade Monday.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS! And, for taking over HM!
DeleteI love the shape of this throw, it's so unusual, the colours look great with the green too.

It's my own Design and "standard" shape for all of my Blankets. It's difficult to tell from the photos, but the tweedy yarn is an Ivory and Mid-Brown mix. And the Sofa was a strong Apple Green just screaming to have THIS "constrast" tossed onto it!
DeleteI say, what a lovely knitted throw. Such a nice, unusual pattern. Looks cosy.
ReplyDeleteCrocheted actually... "Knitting" would've taken me FOREVER! - And yeah, the Wool is bouncy & cosy!
DeleteVery Scandanavian and looks so cosy for those chilly evenings
ReplyDeletehmm.. As it happens, I was viewing my "VIKINGS" DVDs as I was making IT.. ;-D
DeleteHowever, I did have that Log-Cabin-in-the-Woods decor thing in mind in ITS design.
This is such a beautiful blanket you have created. I love the yarn and the colors!
ReplyDeleteTHANKS! - Both Yarns are great to work with, especially the PATONS.
DeleteBeautiful blanket - I love the colour combination. x
ReplyDeleteTHANKS! :-D
DeleteThanks for joining in with Happy Friday. Don't forget to link back to the Linky Party on the Planet Penny blog so that everyone can join in. Penny
ReplyDeleteThanks for reminding me. I'll try to get around to putting in a Button-Link on my SIDEBAR by the next round.
Delete:-D
Gorgeous blanket! I love the ziggy zaggy sides
ReplyDeleteTHANKS! - The "ZIGS" are a bit of "trademark" for me. - Besides, "Straight"-Lines can be so over-rated! ;-D
DeleteGreat blanket! I love both the shape and the colours.
ReplyDeleteGreat colours and shape for a crochet throw - love it and zig zag lines are much more interesting to make than straight lines!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! Those colors really work.
ReplyDeletewow that is beautiful glad to see you up and at em again hugsx
