Customer Traffic IS
quite good! And, the Room has
wonderful Natural Lighting.

totally OUT! However,
according to My
Great-Niece,
PRINCESS PRE-TEEN,
"CHECKS" are
seriously THE Pattern!

unload... So, We're
going with THAT
one!

what STUDENT doesn't
*need* a nice, lovely, versatile
