okay. I'd call IT as being more of a "CRUET" than a FLASK or BOTTLE... The "STOPPER" actually Looks to be *some* sort of "SIPPY"-Cup..? - Or, perhaps to Use as a "MEASURE"..?
I suspect that IT's likely Made of PORCELAIN with leanings toward "BONE-CHINA"..? -- Whatever, IT's very DELICATE! Just, as the "Subject" of the UNDER-Glazed ARTWORK appears to be.
THANKFULLY, The PIECE is "MARKED"!! -- However, I have absolutely NO CLUE as to THIS MAKER'S *MARK*!! Or, *ANY* Idea of ITS "Country of ORIGIN"..??
I still have to CLEAN the Bottom a bit... There *might* be OTHER "Markings"..?
